The intent at Tata STRIVE has always been to provide holistic training to our students, thereby helping them transition into the workplace seamlessly. To make this possible, our curriculum, doesn’t just offer training for domain skills, it also addresses the need to acquire soft skills such as grit and determination, growth mindset, communication skills, etc. Our curriculum also includes fungible skills like financial literacy, critical reasoning etc. Collectively these modules are referred to as “Youth Development Programme” – which is offered standalone in various programs as well. These modules are taught through activity-based learning or experiential learning, thereby making them more effective.
