With the evolving threat landscape and the massive gap in supply and demand of skilled talent pool in the country, cybersecurity skilling is imperative for organisations. We are proud to collaborate with Tata STRIVE in designing and implementing CyberShikshaa, a unique program that addresses urgent skilling requirements and empowers more women to join the workforce. It is indeed heartening to see the positive impact this program is creating and we look forward to expanding these opportunities in the future.

Ms. Pallavi Baria Head- CSR, Tata Communications

Tata Communications and Tata STRIVE’s collaborative journey dates back to 2015 when we came together to develop a dedicated Tata STRIVE Skill Development Centre (TSSDC) in Pune, and implement a training program fro capacity building of youth from marginalised communities in Pune. We always say, ‘There is power in co-creation’. And that power has afforded us the opportunity to bring our core business expertise in fulfilling key elements of the program. Through employee volunteering initiatives, our employees have mentored thousands of Tata STRIVE learners on life skills and soft skills, which allowed our employees to contribute their expertise and domain knowledge. Especially during the pandemic, we leveraged the core competencies and domain expertise of a strategic business unit to co-design and co-implement a Cybersecurity Analyst training program with Tata STRIVE, to fill the gap and provide young people with employment options in cybersecurity given the accelerated dependency on technology. When corporates and impact partners are equally invested in a project, there is magic waiting at the end of it. I hope other corporates and NGOs will be able to pick ideas from our journey and co-create their own magic.

We believe that skilled youth can be trained and mentored to start micro-enterprises (MEs) and thereby strengthen the entrepreneurial ecosystem of the country. To achieve that, we partnered with Tata STRIVE under its programme for Development and Impact Initiative. Because their professionalism and mission mode approach are commendable. Their smooth coordination and passion, make them perfect partners to help scale up this initiative in multiple geographies in the coming years.

As India looks forward to taking the lead for skilled youth in the global world, the potential is immense, the opportunities and possibilities are limitless. Our partnership with Tata STRIVE is the key to unlock the future of the entrepreneurial youth of the country. We strongly feel that what we are doing is only a drop in the ocean and we can co-create an entrepreneurial India which not only supports the 1.4 billion people of the country but shines light on the rest of the world.

Monisha Banerjee Chief Executive Officer - ANUDIP

We are proud to be the implementing partner for Tata STRIVE in its IEP Ignite Programme. We started working together in 2020 in the southern states of Karnataka, Tamil Nadu and Telangana; our partnership has now expanded to Maharashtra and West Bengal as well. The technical skill training at colleges with a steadfast focus on domain-aligned placements has been the focal point of our partnership.

The Tata STRIVE team has always worked closely with us during project delivery, providing inputs wherever needed and acknowledging the strengths of Anudip. This has resulted in a harmonious synergy that has enabled the common overarching goal of impact creation through skilling. Together, we have trained close to 1,250 underprivileged learners and placed majority of them in sustainable roles of the future. I look forward to seeing our affiliation grow and explore more avenues of creative collaboration in the coming years.
