TATA LEGACY
For decades, Tata companies have invested in activities related to skill
development in communities around which they operate. With the growing need for a skilled workforce, Tata STRIVE
was formed to leverage the strengths of Tata companies and its extended ecosystem to bring quality into the
training programmes, besides appropriate certification and measurement of outcomes to create a skilled workforce.
Tata group has mandated Tata Sustainability Group (TSG) to become an execution arm for the
Group CSR Programmes (GCPs) including disaster relief activities. These GCPs will be executed through Tata
Community Initiatives Trust (TCIT) which was set up by Tata Sons in the year 2014.
