Anita’s key role is to set directions and strategic goals for Tata STRIVE in its mission to build capacity, to train youth for employment, entrepreneurship, and community enterprise as well as to support sustainability efforts within Tata group through TSG.
She has over 20 years of experience in education and management sector with TCS, IL&FS and Lintas. Prior to her corporate stint, she has been an educator for 10 years. She is striding both worlds to bring learner centric measures into programmes as well as bringing private sector efficiencies into social initiatives of scale and reach. She believes 'people empowerment’ is key to sustainable development and skill development is key to ‘people empowerment.'
Anita has an MBA in Marketing from Sydenham Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai, and is an alumnus of St. Stephens College, Delhi University where she did her BA (Hons) in Mathematics. She also has a Bachelor in Education degree from Mumbai University.
She enjoys reading biographies, writing, playing badminton and painting glass, but gardening tops the list.
Sudhakar Gudipati
Head, Progamme Development

Sudhakar is responsible for creating strategies to drive Group Focus Initiatives in the Tata group companies across India. Prior to the formation of the TSG, he joined Tata Council for Community Initiatives (TCCI as General Manager – Group Corporate Sustainability through an internal group transfer from Tata Teleservices Limited.
Sudhakar has 14 years of experience in the Human Resources function and has driven many people-related initiatives. He started his career in the manufacturing sector with Asian Paints and then moved on to the service sector with Bharti Airtel. Subsequently he moved to Tata Teleservices, where he worked for 9 years.
With skills in people management, and extensive experience in organisation level transformational projects in the areas of restructuring, culture building, competency development and change management, he has a passion for corporate sustainability and CSR. He is also keenly interested in the areas of leadership coaching and mentoring.
Ameya Vanjari

Ameya heads the Technology and Innovation function at Tata STRIVE - a Tata Group initiative focused on skills development towards employability of the youth. For a programme to deliver significant impact, technology plays a key role. Ameya is responsible for planning and implementing technology solutions to support the capabilities and processes at Tata STRIVE, introducing various innovations for the programme to facilitate development of youth for success in the future; enabling developments of tomorrow's skills while maintaining quality.
Ameya believes that the more he learns about business sustainability for enterprises, the more he sees a possible role technology can play in enabling the quest.
Prior to this he has led the Business & IT Architecture Consulting practice at TCS for over 8 years, establishing and scaling the unit delivering profitable growth. He was responsible for delivery excellence for consulting engagements in this space, providing sales support for opportunities across the globe, demonstrating thought leadership and creating & managing assets. As a Strategist, Head of IT and practicing Enterprise Architect, he has shaped and driven technology enabled business transformation for multiple organisations. He has mentored and led programs involving IT Strategies, Business Architectures, Enterprise IT Architecture and roadmaps to enterprises across the globe. He has also managed technology programmes and teams delivering IT Services to large global customers.
Ameya has a degree in engineering in Electronics from V.J.T.I, Mumbai and has done a General Management programme from Iacocca Institute, Lehigh University, PA, US.
Photography and sports - especially cricket, are his passions apart from food and technology.

Bhaskar is currently the Head of 'Programme Execution' function at Tata STRIVE, a group wide skill development initiative of Tata group. His role involves integrating coaching principles into various stages of the programme in training underprivileged youth on demand-driven vocational skills along with integrated life-skills to empower them for a brighter future. This role involves – curriculum / content development; facilitator / trainer development, and centre development for Tata STRIVE centres and implementation at partner centres spread across the country.
He has close to 16 years of cumulative experience in designing and executing Leadership Development solutions for organisations, top teams executive coaching, facilitating individual / team / organisational change using ‘Theory U’. He has also executed workplace performance improvement strategies and enhancing customer-centricity initiatives. Currently he is a research scholar at XLRI, Jamshedpur (India).
Bhaskar enjoys reading, travelling and surfing the internet in his leisure time.
